1. When will amendments to the ULDC be discussed relative to the BCC direction on 1/27/05 on requiring generators for Congregate Living Facilities Type II and Type III and club houses?

   Staff will be sending out notices to interested parties to attend meetings to discuss proposed ULDC amendments. We anticipate these notices going out by end of March for Meetings in April. For meeting schedule and updates click here. Staff informed the LDRAB members that we would be meeting with interested parties prior to bringing the proposed language to them for review.

2. What will the specific regulations be based on?

   Staff was given general direction from the BCC. In addition, staff will follow they typical ULDC code amendment process in determining the amendments to the standards for CLF's and PUD Clubhouses. We always encourage and solicit public input on issues such as this to ensure the proposed regulations are consistent with ULDC and BCC direction, equitable and enforceable.
