Overview
The Department of PZ&B has successfully implemented a new automated system. The new system known as ePZB, (electronic Planning, Zoning and Building) is currently being utilized in several Divisions in PZ&B. In the Zoning Division the Board of Adjustment, Public Hearing and DRO Sections are currently operating on the new system. The Arch Review/Permitting/Landscape Section will begin implementation once the Building Division modular is developed and released.
Online
