The Landscape Review Section was created in 1986 to oversee the review, implementation and maintenance of Landscape material in unincorporated Palm Beach County. The Section reviews landscape related plans and documents for approval. In addition, projects submitted for Landscape Review are addressed at bi-monthly DRO meetings to consider outstanding development related issues. All outstanding development issues must be resolved prior to final approval of the site plan. Issues generally include compliance with the ULDC requirements and all conditions of approval assigned to the project.
The Landscape Review Section is also an agency reviewer for the Building Permit Review Process. Projects only requiring building permit approval, will submit all landscape documents with the permit application.
