APPOINTING AUTHORITY: Board of County Commissioners (BCC)
COMPOSITION, QUALIFICATIONS, TERMS AND REMOVAL: This Board shall consist of five members. There shall be one traffic engineer, one accountant, one attorney, one representative of the general public, and one developer/builder. All members shall be appointed at-large. The term of appointment shall be three years. No member of the Board shall receive compensation for their services. Travel reimbursements are limited to expenses incurred only for travel outside PBC necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of membership on the Board.
MEETINGS: Meetings will be called as necessary to carry out business, but no more frequently than once a month.
FUNCTIONS: To hear and decide appeals from decisions of the Impact Fee Manager on independent calculation studies pursuant to Art. 13, Impact Fees; and to hear and decide appeals from an interpretation of the Impact Fee Manager on Art. 13, Impact Fees.
