On behalf of the Palm Beach County Planning, Zoning and Building Department, I am pleased to be able to offer this web site. In it you will find information on many of the services the Department provides, as well as helpful information regarding the development review process. The site contains an electronic version of the Comprehensive Plan, ULDC and links to the County Code of Laws and Ordinances. It also contains valuable interactive GIS mapping information which represents the County's investment into GIS technology.
