Building Division Office Locations

WHERE TO SUBMIT
The Permit Center office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Applications are accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., however, the application sign in sheet is pulled at 4:00 p.m. to assure service to all customers by closing. Extended hours are anticipated from 7:30 a.m. to last sign in at 4:30 p.m., beginning in December, 2002. Applications for One and Two Family-Dwelling properties are processed in our branch locations. All other application types, are delivered via courier for processing at our Central office. A location map of the Central office, phone numbers, and addresses of all branch offices are provided in the following pages.

At the Central Office Permit Center, customers should first sign in at the Customer Self-Service Area (by 4:00 p.m.) for fastest service. The Customer Self-Service Area and Customer Support Room provide computer access to the Building Division Computerized Permit System. Services available through the system are:
