All projects with Code imposed time requirements for commencement of development and plat recordation |

Compliance with development order conditions of approval (those due prior to issuance of a building permit or certificate of occupancy or prior to a specific date) |
• |
Developments of Regional Impact (DRIs) conditions |
• |
Compliance with Type I and Type II variance conditions |
• |
Compliance with report requirements of Community Development Districts |
Project Monitoring staff also maintains commencement and conditions data to ensure that projects meet relevant deadlines. If the deadlines are not met, staff processes administrative time extension requests or prepares status reports for review by the Zoning Commission or Board of County Commissioners.
Quarterly, staff produces a countywide summary report of single and multi-family residential building permits.
