The 2009 Palm Beach County Population Allocation Model is updated every other year based on housing unit growth curves and adopted development plans for the future.  It provides small area population projections that are vital for local planning and market studies.  The entire report lays out the history, methodology, underlying assumptions, and the data sources for the development of the allocation model.  The report and data tables can be downloaded as follows:
