The process of constructing and implementing R.R.I. related policies involves the passage of a variety of planning-related amendments all housed in the Comprehensive Plan. The specific subjects of these amendments include the justification for and designation of the URA as well as passage of land-use and transportation policies that complement and encourage R.R.I. initiatives. Staff reports prepared to adopt these amendments are found below.
