To implement public school concurrency in the State of Florida, local governments participating in the process are required to adopt consistent amendments to their comprehensive plans. The amendments include adoption of a new Public School Facilities Element, and modifications to the Capital Improvement Element, the Land Use Element, and the Map Series.
