Site Planning is an agency reviewer for the Building Permit Review Process. The purpose of this section is to review construction documents for compliance with the Unified Land Development Code (ULDC), approved Site Plans, and Conditions of Approval placed on a development by the Board of County Commissioners, the Zoning Commission, or the Development Review Officer.
Site Planners review a variety of documents ranging from site plans, architectural plans, and civil plans to fixed mechanical equipment, signs, and site lighting. Plans submitted through the Building Department to Site Planning are reviewed in order of date and by Plan Review (PR) number. All outstanding comments must be resolved prior to approval of the construction plans. |
