As the Goddess of Excellence and Opportunity, Ms. Carroll serves as the catalyst for maintaining and promoting the “Un-government Experience” and exceeding the expectations of our many clients – the 100+ taxing authorities and the public.  Her approach emphasizes our Four E’s – Exciting the Client, Exceeding Operational Efficiency, Expanding our Resources, and Energizing Our Employees by instilling passion about work and the community.

Georgette Bonifacio Carroll has over 20 years of governmental experience and more than a decade of experience in the quality field.  She earned her MPA at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
