Jean-Luc Caous, our resident technovative genius, leads a diverse group of skilled techies that provide exceptional client-centric services for internal employees and external customers. Jean-Luc coordinates all software and hardware support, enabling all employees to efficiently execute the Tax Collector’s Office mission, to “collect, educate & distribute.” His internal clients are not only housed in the Governmental Center, but are also located at six service centers throughout the county. He also ensures the maintenance and updating of our client friendly website, www.taxcollectorpbc.com, for all the Tax Collector’s Office clients. Jean-Luc inspires his team to continuously provide and support innovative technology to achieve the visions of the organization.

Jean-Luc was hired with the Tax Collector’s Office in 1994 as a Systems Administrator.  Prior to joining the Tax Collector’s Office, Jean-Luc worked as a Systems Analyst for Florida Power and Light and provided programming support.

Jean-Luc graduated with honors from Barry University in 1989 with a degree in Computer Science.
