Jennifer is enthusiastic about communication strategy! What does that mean?  She educates both clients and employees about the Tax Collector’s business in a timely fashion.  Her department reaches out to the community, acts as a liaison with other government agencies, creates and distributes internal and external communication, and runs the Tax Collector’s E-service center, the website (www.taxcollectorpbc.com).   Education is a core element of achieving our organizational goals, which are centered on the 4 E’s: Exciting the Clients, Exceeding Operationally, Expanding Resources, and Energizing Employees.  Jennifer has a B.S. from Illinois College in Jacksonville, IL with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Economics.  Her master’s degree in Real Estate in Urban Land Economics is from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.  Go Badgers!
