Linda Long helps clients navigate the rough seas of Palm Beach County Property Tax!  As Navigation Leader, Linda oversees the Property Tax, Business Tax, and Field Services areas.  Paying and collecting taxes should be a seamless experience and she strives to provide excellent client service by seeking continuous improvement in her areas of responsibility which include: the processing of mail, phone and e-commerce transactions, customer call center, collection of ad valorem taxes and non ad-valorem assessments, and the annual tax certificate sale. 

She has 36 years of experience from both the public and private sectors, including 6 years of experience related to the Florida Sterling Criteria. Linda also has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Under Linda’s direction, paying your property tax is a smooth sailing experience!
