What does the Tax Collector do?
The Tax Collector’s office collects and distributes taxes and fees on behalf of 94 taxing authorities and the citizens of Palm Beach County.

How is the Tax Collector’s office funded?
The Tax Collector’s office is funded by fees for services paid by all customers doing business with our office. It is the only Constitutional Office not funded by taxpayer dollars.
