The Office of the Tax Collector sent 67,672 reminder tax notices on Tuesday, March 13. Persons or entities that have not yet paid their 2006 Property Tax or Tangible Personal Property Tax will receive a notice.

Taxes for the year 2006 are delinquent on April 1st, 2007. Taxes paid in April or May are charged 3% interest (18% per annum for 2 months).
