WEST PALM BEACH – Thursday, November 5, 2009 For fiscal year 2008-09, Palm Beach County Tax Collector’s office mailed out $3.2 billion in real estate, tangible personal property and centrally assessed tax notices. Of these notices mailed, the top ten taxpayers comprise 2% of the total taxes levied.
