I was in yesterday to renew my vehicle license plate and receive a duplicate title for which I had lost. The receptionist was helpful and Debbie was quick and courteous. It is a restatement to how well she was trained, and I therefore would give credit to her manager, Tocia as well. As a fiduciary agent of our city myself, I know we don’t often hear the good news bubbling up from the ground. It was therefore important to me to tell you this good bit of news myself. 3.2.09 . . . This is a long overdue letter of praise for the professionals Sheila and Rosemary you have working at the North County Courthouse in the dealer title section. I have been in business for 25 years and have used the North County Courthouse for all my retail deals. I must tell you the ladies work very hard there and always have a smile on and are willing to help me with anything I call them on or bring in. Always up to date on tags, titles, and anything else pertaining to the cars I am selling. I truly look forward to walking into that little office it is always a pleasure and the relationship I have with your staff is professional and friendly.

As the owner of a Mobile Home Park and other properties in Palm Beach County, I and residents of my park have had many reasons to contact the local office. 1.23.09 . . . I came to receive a handicap permit and got in line like everyone else. The line moved fairly rapidly and I got to the window and received a number and waited . . . I thought you should know that we appreciate the efficiency of that office and the people that endure the unbelievable volume of work every day. If Arlene is any example of your staff, you should be proud and appreciative of the service they perform.
