Yesterday I contacted your office and was overwhelmed with the service that I received. ……. the Communications Center, gave me all the information that I asked for along with some suggestions that would make my effort easier. In today’s world of often not speaking with a live person, ……. this deserves recognition of some sort.
9.18.07…..I am writing to compliment an employee of yours …..I was having great difficulty in completing an application for certificate of title. …..She was extremely helpful and patient. She went over the form in detail with me and when I was unclear she explained what had to be done. I never would have completed the form without her assistance. I know that this kind of assistance is very rare and I am writing, to let you know that she truly is a valued public servant.

8.17.07…..Approximately 2 months ago, I requested information on receiving a special license plate. ….. went out of their way to follow-up and make sure I received the best treatment and service. I have registered over 30 vehicles in Massachusetts and Florida, and have never received such personalized service.

6.25.07….I was about to leave, …..when ……, the Angel Supervisor, came out of her office and asked if she could be of service. The other two ladies informed her that my application was faulty. She took it, went to the back, called the doctor (waited at least 15 to 20 minutes before she could get hold of anyone there to assist) and said she could issue the parking permits to me in 5 minutes or so. She collected the fee from me and walked the papers over to the cashier and returned with my two permits. What a jewel is your ……!
6.14.07….Please let me commend …… for her patience and efforts in helping me with this issue. I am well aware of the amount of pressure the employees of your department are under this tax season and for her to take the time she took in such a professional and thorough manner is greatly appreciated.
7.30.07……… was gracious, patient and very, very clear in conveying instructions for the procedures we must follow. From observation of her co-workers, I suspect that…….. gave up a scheduled break in order to help us. I can’t begin to convey fully how much we appreciated……. help. |
