Going Out of Business/Fire Sales

Florida Statutes mandate a Going Out of Business or Fire Sale may not be conducted without a permit.

These sales are advertised in such a manner as to reasonably cause the public to believe that upon disposal of the stock or the goods, the business will cease operation.

Permits are issued for 60 consecutive days, including weekends and holidays. Permits are not renewable, transferable or refundable.
