Detailed Instructions

Property tax payment (bills and receipts) and information can be found and printed from our site by following these steps:

  • Place your mouse over "Inquiry & Payment Center" at the top left corner of the page.
  • From the list, place your mouse over the "Property Tax Inquiry & Payment" box and a second list will appear where you can select "Real Estate Property Tax Inquiry & Payment".
  • It will link to the "Search By" page.
  • Enter the property control number or owner's name.
  • Select the year you wish to view to the right of the page, then click on search.
  • When the row of information appears click on it to open and view the tax information.

There are 4 pages of information:

    1) " Detail " page provides owner name(s), mailing address, gross amount of tax, and legal description of the property.  To pay the taxes  click on the "Click to Pay" (blue tab).    To print a tax bill or receipt click on the "Print Bill or Receipt" box on bottom lower left corner of the page, once the bill appears, click on the printer box on the top toolbar.
    *** You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to print a bill or receipt ***

    2) " Payment " page provides paid information only. If record status shows "PAID" you can view the date paid, receipt number and paid amount and gross amount.

    3) " Tax Detail " page provides the gross amount, a breakdown of the ad valorem assessments (taxes), the non-ad valorem assessments (drainage, solid waste, etc.) and applicable exemptions on the property.

    4) " Tax Due " page provides a schedule of amounts payable during the current collection period. 

*** If prior year(s) are showing “ Unpaid”, you must search the status of taxes in the Delinquent Real Estate Property Tax Inquiry. ***
