Property tax notices may be viewed or duplicate notices and receipts may be printed by following these instructions:

1. Place the mouse over the “Record Search Center” tab from the upper left corner of the page
   
   
2. Select “Real Estate Property Tax Search”
   
   
3. Enter the Property Control Number (PCN), Owner’s Name or select Advanced Search for more search options.
   
   
4. Select the year you wish to view and click search
   
   
5. The next screen will read “Real Estate Property Details”
   
   
6. To print a tax notice and/or receipt click on the “Print Statement” or “Print Receipt” box on bottom lower left corner of the page.  Once the information appears, click the printer icon on the toolbar.
