New! 2009 Tax Planner & Services Guide

The Tax Collector’s 2009 Tax Planner & Services Guide is now available. The Guide is a comprehensive reference manual for all of our clients. It includes checklists, a payment guide, and instructions for conducting business with our offices via website or phone. Also included is a popular interactive calendar listing important tax dates throughout the year.

Becoming better stewards of the environment is a priority at the Tax Collector’s Office. Along with tips for living a greener lifestyle, the guide is produced using recycled paper containing 30% post-consumer waste as well as vegetable oil-based ink, one of the key elements in reducing volatile organic compounds in printing processes.

Part of our commitment for continuous improvement includes obtaining feedback on our service. We have included a self-addressed comment card to receive input on the Tax Planner & Services Guide. Please complete and mail the card back to our office (postage is already included).

We encourage everyone to stop into one of our Service Centers to pick up a 2009 Tax Planner & Services Guide. Please recycle the guide when finished with its use!
