H.O.P.E. Workshop

On June 6, 2009, Representative Maria Sachs and the H.O.P.E. taskforce are hosting the fourth H.O.P.E. for Palm Beach County Workshop. H.O.P.E. is a foreclosure assistance group for all residents of Palm Beach County. The workshop includes an all volunteer group of bankers, mortgage lenders, financial experts, legal advisors, short sale specialists, Palm Beach County Tax Collector Anne Gannon, credit counselors, and more to assist distressed residents.

The all-volunteer group of experts, civic and government leaders is providing its expertise to county residents AT NO COST. The Task Force will provide personalized mortgage recommendations and put residents in contact with mortgage company loss mitigation specialists for expedited processing. If needed, the task force members will act as an intermediary with the lender to assist and expedite the process.

If you, or someone you know, is facing foreclosure, has problems with his or her mortgage, or just has questions, we encourage you to come to this workshop. Bring copies of your mortgage information if you wish, so that representatives may better assist you.
