Tourist Development Tax Returns Due  

Tourist Development Tax is a 5% charge on revenue from rental accommodations of six months or less. By promoting tourism in Palm Beach County, the Tourist Development Tax strengthens the economy by creating jobs, enhancing the environment and supporting the cultural arts. Seasonal Tourist Tax remittances are due by March 20, 2008.

If you know of someone who is leasing accommodations for a period of six months or less in Palm Beach County and may not be remitting Tourist Tax, we would like to know about it.
