is the Category "A" Cooperative Advertising and Promotion Guidelines
and Application.
Please review the Guidelines
thoroughly prior to submitting your application and backup material.
Our
objective is to provide a means for the receipt of funds by
organizations to be used to advertise/promote (outside of Palm Beach
County) events/activities which will generate tourism and encourage
overnight stay in Palm Beach County hotels/motels through the
promotion of travel/hotel packages.
Please
submit the following as backup with your completed application form:
1.
Complete marketing/media plan for use of cooperative
advertising in the following categories: (PLEASE INCLUDE INSERTION DATES AND COST PER INSERTION WHERE
APPLICABLE.)
Television
Brochures/Response Pieces
Newspaper
Direct Mail
Magazine
Other
2.
Ad copy or artwork (where applicable) showing package pricing
for overnight stay at participating hotels/ motels including an 800#
for reservations.
3.
A Project Description and a Project Budget which shows revenue
and expenditures.
Applications
must be submitted 30 days prior to the scheduled meeting date and a
minimum of 90 days prior to the event/project, to the attention of
Warren McLaughlin, President, Palm Beach County Convention and
