While every employee of the Water Utilities Department is dedicated to serving our customers, the people most familiar to the public are the staff of the Customer Service Center. These are the people who set up accounts, arrange and make service calls, read the meters, send out bills, and collect payments.
Our Customer Service Center is located in the heart of our service area at 9045 Jog Road, Boynton Beach, Florida, southwest of the intersection at Gateway Blvd. and Jog Road.
The facility is open Monday through Friday excluding holidays, 8am to 5pm, and features a walk-in lobby and convenient drive-through service lanes. You can reach the Customer Service Center by telephone at 561-740-4600.
