Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s Office Submits Preliminary Tax Roll

06.24.2021 – West Palm Beach, FL – The Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s Office has submitted the 2021 preliminary tax roll to Florida’s Department of Revenue and the local taxing authorities. Palm Beach County-wide property (taxable) values have increased 5.81% from 2020 to 2021. These values are based upon market conditions as of January 1, 2021.

Palm Beach County Property Appraiser's Office Releases Taxable Value Estimates to Taxing Authorities

05.28.2021 – West Palm Beach, FL – The Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s Office has released the June 1 estimates of taxable values to all Palm Beach County taxing authorities.

Palm Beach County-wide taxable property values have increased 5.05% from 2020 to 2021. These values are only estimates and subject to change. They are based upon market conditions as of January 1, 2021 and provide assistance as taxing authorities develop their budgets.
