Administers, coordinates, schedules, and monitors the design, right-of-way acquisition, preparation of contract documents, bidding, and construction of the County's Five-Year Road Program, as it relates to thoroughfare roads. Prepares and updates annual, quarterly, and miscellaneous reports for the Board of County Commissioners, County and Engineering Administration, on the status of the Five-Year Road Program.
Coordinates thoroughfare road improvements that are proposed by developers and others. Administers and coordinates the consultant selection process (CCNA), from advertisement through negotiation. Coordinates all utility work for the Engineering Department.
